WEXFORD POWER PROJECT

Our scope of work includes;

  • Construction of about 35km of 161kv steel lattice power line.

    • Construction of about 35km of 161kv steel lattice power line between Bogosu and Akyempim. The scope of AV Hermon includes final survey of the route, preparation of staking charts, tower foundation spotting and construction of100 tower foundations and erection of towers.



  • Construction of Bogosu substation bay expansion.

    • The scope of AV Hermon includes the construction of 161kV equipment foundations, installation and Commissioning of circuit breakers, disconnect switches, pantographs, current transformers, post insulators and busbar systems.



    YOUGA POWER PROJECT

    Our scope of work includes;

  • Construction of a new 161/34.5kv substation.

    • Our scope of work includes all civil works including site preparation, access road, control building, equipment foundation, perimeter grain and fencing; electro-mechanical works including erection of equipment and support structures, panel works, control cable laying and terminations as well as precomissioning tests.



  • Extension of Bolgatanga 161/34.5kv substation bay.

    • The scope includes equipment foundations, erection of equipment and support stations, cable works, control panel installations and all pre-commissioning checks.



  • Construction of 11km 34.5kv steel lattice tower line.

    • The scope includes survey, tower spotting, tower foundations, erection and stringing.



  • Construction of 16km 34.5kv wood pole line.

    • This involves survey, pegging, bush clearing, pole planting and stringing.



    TARKWA SUBSTATION

    Our scope of work includes;

  • Construction of a new 161/34.5kv substation.

    • Detailed design for a ring bus substation using the free issued equipment/materials which include: 161/34.5kV, 25/33MVA Power & 34.5kV Grounding / Auxiliary transformers, 161& 34.5kv steel support structures,161 & 34.5kV balance of plant (CB, DS, CVT, CT, SA, PI, etc),161kV Lines and transformer protection panels 161kV Gantries and others.

    • Installation of all free equipment issued by GRIDCo.
    • Supply and installation of remaining balance of plant for the works.
    • Pre-commissioning checks under GRIDCo's leadership of all relevant items above.
    • Commissioning and bringing into commercial operation of the 161/34.5kV, 25/33MVA substation complete.
    • De-energize, de-commissioning and transportation to project site of all relevant equipment above from GRIDCo's Tarkwa Sustation at Atuabo.



  • Construction of 11km of 161kV transmission line.

    • Our scope includes; survey, final profile designs, tower spotting, tower foundations, tower erection, stringing staffing and termination works..



    Our scope of work includes;

  • Completion of all the following outstanding works;

    • 11kV switching station at GridCo New Tema Station.
    • 11kV steel tower lines from the 11kV switching station to and around the Tema Processing Zone.
    • 4Nos metering stations at the Tema Processing Zone.
    • 2Nos 11/0.415kV Distribution Transformer Substations including low voltage lines.
    • 3km Street Lighting System.
